The Great State of Texas has done away with the "Texas Surcharge Program" but what does that mean for you? It means you may not have to pay surcharges but there are some fee's that still apply before reinstating your license. The state may also require you to hold a SR-22 this can all be calculated by going to this link to see exactly what the state is requiring of you.
